Young Enterprises was founded in 1991. The company provides motivational seminars, workshops and personal/professional development programs for individuals, leaders, companies and organizations. Young Enterprises is committed to the dynamic development and positive growth within each individual. Clients include TRW, Mitsubishi, Alcoholics Anonymous, The FBI, Los Angeles Country Sheriff’s Dept, Department of Social Services, numerous California Community college campuses, CSU campuses such as Dominguez Hills, Cal Poly Pomona, Fresno, Fullerton, Long Beach, the California GATE Program, PAE Government Services. International clients include: National Health Forum, Jamaica, EVE magazine, Nairobi, Kenya, Preferred Personnel Consultant Firm, Nairobi, Kenya.

Designed to assist women to master three keys for success in their personal and professional lives. Women will learn how to maximize their potential in a fun-filled dynamic, one-day event. Dr. Young uses her own personal and professional life experiences to create and deliver a powerful, dynamic, and interactive seminar to meet the needs of women.

"Personal Best" Success Leadership Seminars For Men & Women
Designed to assist participants to master the five successful practices of leaders. Participants will learn how to assess their strengths and minimize their weaknesses as well as learn how to lead with “excellence.” Leaders will learn how to further strengthen and sharpen their skills in this live and interactive one-day event.

"Personal Best" Success Leadership Seminars For International Professionals
Young Enterprises operates on an international level with Preferred Personnel of Nairobi, Kenya. In partnership, these entities implement ladies dinners for business and professional women, ladies retreats, and retreats for business and corporate leaders. Plans are underway in 2010 for expansion into Tanzania, Uganda and South Africa.
